The decor was convincing. For a split second I felt like I was in Havana. It was loud, obnoxious and felt authentic. Then the food reminded me that we were still in Washington, D.C. You want Cuban? Then go to Florida. All this came to a surprise.. that Chef, Guillermo Pernot had a lot of credentials and recognitions, however my taste buds didn’t taste any.
