Did you know that Kobe beef in the U.S. is not the real thing http://www.thekitchn.com/kobe-beef-foods-biggest-scam-forbes-170268
Meet Eric. He rides SEPTA buses in Philly. He finds people yapping on their cell phones annoying. He’s taken the law into his own hands.
Via NBC Philadelphia 10:
Eric says he doesn’t want to hear people talking on their cell phones in public.
“It’s still pretty irritating, and quite frankly, it’s pretty rude,” said Eric.
Eric says he’s firing up a cell phone jammer that he bought online to shut down conversations he doesn’t want to hear.
This happens in bars and restaurants all the time. And like Eric, it makes me want to go Donkey Kong. There seems to be an inverse relationship about public cell phone use: the louder and more obnoxious the mouth is, the more pedestrian and narcissistic the conversation is.
But cell phone jamming, while understandable, is a bridge too far. This is why we can all learn a lesson is passive aggressive madness from Larry David.
